Return

- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

- The refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers should be responsible for the cost of any returning items.

 

How to process a return?

- Please send us an email with your order number and the products that you want to return to our customer service: customer@avakarlsson.com and our customer service will assist you within 2 days.

- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

- Ship the return package to our return center.

- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

 

Product Condition

- All exchanges and returns must occur within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

- Return items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.

- We do not accept packages returned using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We do not accept returned items that are on sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund

- Time: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition.

- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For example, if you used a credit card to purchase the order, we would refund that credit card.

- Product Condition: Returned items must be in new condition and with their original package.

- Charges: As a start-up business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage.
